ARLINGTON, Va. – The Wireless Infrastructure Association
(WIA) praises Julius Knapp’s career following the announcement of his
retirement from the Federal Communications Commission.
“Julie represents the best of what we all respect about the FCC staff in his professionalism, dedication and openness. He has lent a strong hand of service to the telecommunications industry. I am honored to have worked with him for many years at the Commission and will miss his diligent work, always friendly demeanor, and deep technical knowledge,” said WIA President and CEO Jonathan Adelstein. “He has provided countless contributions to the work of the Commission in his tenure as a strong public servant. I wish him the best of luck in the future and as he rounds out his impressive career over the next month.”
