Danny Agresta
President
Mr. Agresta is a 22-year veteran of the telecommunications industry and is the President & CEO of APC Telecom Services and APC Towers (APC) a national tower developer whose core business is building and acquiring tower sites. Based in Raleigh, N.C., APC owns, operates and provides services for sites in over 37 states across the country. Mr. Agresta also serves as the Co-Chairman for WIA’s Infrastructure Developers Forum and serves as the President of the Carolinas Wireless Association, a position he has held for the past 8 years.
Prior to APC Towers, Mr. Agresta served as the Vice President of DAS Sales & Business Development for American Tower. Mr. Agresta was responsible for all carrier sales, partnering with integrators, real estate in-building negotiations, landlord relationships, and business development efforts for the DAS Solutions division. In addition, to the 225 active neutral host DAS systems, he managed a team that was responsible for marketing 1,200 indoor DAS venues across the nation. His team was also responsible for collocating and backfilling the 450 ODAS nodes that were either active and or in deployment. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Sales for the former SpectraSite organization, where he was responsible for the company’s nationwide collocation sales activity on 8,300 tower assets. Mr. Agresta has served as Vice President of National Accounts, responsible for the ATT and T-Mobile accounts. He also served in various M&A, sales management and site development roles which included acquiring and developing over 3,300 towers over his tenure. He holds a B.S. from Ohio University.
John Yeagley
Vice President
John has been with Chase Real Estate Services for twenty years. He has been extensively involved in wireless site acquisition at a variety of levels from site development through project management. Over the years he has developed an expertise in rights-of-way as well as utility easement expansions. John has great attention to detail and superior organizational skills. He served as President of the local chapter of the International Right of Way Association. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia as well as a North Carolina Notary Public.
Joel McMillan
Treasurer
Mr. McMillan has worked in the telecommunications industry for 23 years. He currently is the Engineering Project Manager for Carolina West Wireless in Wilkesboro, N.C. He previously worked for Gearon Communications and American Tower Corporation in Project Management and Site Acquisition. He also worked as an Independent Site Acquisition Contractor for Cingular Wireless, Nextel, T-Mobile, Sprint PCS, and AT&T Wireless. Mr. McMillan is a native of Wilkesboro, N.C. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served from 1983-1988 working in telecommunications. Mr. McMillan has served on the Board of Directors since 2010, first as Member at Large and currently as the Treasurer.

Joe Everett

Joe has provided power solution products and related services to the wireless industry for over 20 years. He has been the Global Enterprise Solutions Manager at National Power Corporation for the past 11 years. National Power Corporation provides efficiently managed power and network infrastructure solutions for the cable, wireless and broadband industries and other businesses and institutions of all sizes. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a BS degree, Joe also holds electrical and general contractors’ licenses, as well as certifications for Crane Signal, Qualified Rigger Safety, OSHA 30, and Construction Safety. Joe has served as the Carolinas Wireless Association Member at Large since 2016.
