Brad Little
President
As Vice President of Business Development at TEP, Brad Little brings over two decades of deep-rooted expertise in the telecommunications sector. Brad’s career began as an intern with TEP, a foundation that allowed him to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across the organization. Before stepping into his current role, he moved through the Civil and Structural Engineering departments and later led the firm’s wireless construction department nationally for over 12 years.
This unique blend of field-level experience and engineering proficiency enables Brad to design and deliver high-quality, practical solutions for every client. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering from NC State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a licensed General Contractor in multiple states.
He currently resides in Raleigh, NC.

Nick Routhier
Treasurer
Mr. Routhier has worked in the telecommunications infrastructure industry for over five years and currently serves as Senior Director of Finance & Tower Acquisitions for APC Towers, a national tower developer based in Raleigh, N.C. In this role, he oversees corporate finance, acquisitions, and portfolio strategy, helping to guide APC’s growth across multiple states.
Since joining APC Towers in 2019, Mr. Routhier has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Finance Manager and Director of Finance, contributing to the company’s expansion and operational efficiency. Prior to joining APC, he held finance and credit analysis roles in the equipment and manufacturing sectors.
Mr. Routhier is a graduate of North Carolina State University and resides in Raleigh, N.C.
Brandi Hale
Secretary
Brandi Hale has over nine years of experience in the telecommunications industry and currently serves as Program Manager for Network Towers, an NB+C company. In this role, she oversees the tower program and manages company assets, driving growth and operational excellence.
Since joining NB+C, Ms. Hale has held various positions, including Site Acquisition and Project Management for the Carolinas Market. She has also served as Chair of the company’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiative, WISE (Women Inspiring Success and Empowerment), and has mentored numerous employees new to the industry. Additionally, she is an active member of the Cultural Ambassador Team, reflecting her commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Her dedication to the industry and passion for advancing connectivity have been key drivers in her career development.
Prior to joining NB+C, Ms. Hale worked as a Transportation Director in the trucking industry.
She resides in Cary, NC, with her two children.

Clark Lindstrom
Mr. Lindstrom is Director of Health & Safety - North & South America at American Tower and a 20 year telecom veteran with leadership roles in operations and safety, including Director of Operations and Director of Safety Programs. He blends hands on tower experience with training in International Business and Occupational Safety and Health to drive compliance, operational excellence, and disaster recovery readiness.
American Tower is one of the largest global real estate investment trusts and a leading independent owner, operator, and developer of multitenant communications real estate, with a portfolio approaching 150,000 communications sites and a highly interconnected U.S. data center footprint.
