Everest Infrastructure Partners announced the acquisition of 10 wireless towers in East Texas. The tower cluster north and east of Houston represents the largest acquisition Everest has completed in Texas.
“We are very pleased to have the opportunity to acquire and manage these tower assets”, said Mike Mackey, President of Everest Infrastructure Partners. “These towers have substantial existing tenancy including numerous public safety network operators managing mission critical networks. We expect these tower locations to be attractive for additional broadband tenants in the near future. “
Chris Davis, President of US Towers for Everest added “this Texas cluster provides Everest with a great opportunity to explore new tower development in a tight geography that complements our New England development business as well as other regions where we are working on new tower development, including upstate New York, Northern California, and parts of the Pacific Northwest.”
