HMI Services, Inc. (HMI), is pleased to announce the appointment of Carmine Battafarano to the position of President. Mr. Battafarano brings more than 25 years of experience in technically complex operations and business management positions to this role. He is responsible for and has executive oversight of HMI and all HMI subsidiaries. He will also continue in his role as President of HMI Technical Solutions, focusing on the expansion of the organization’s engineering business while leveraging the synergies between the various HMI companies.
Mr. Battafarano joined Henkels & McCoy, Inc., a subsidiary of HMI’s parent company, Henkels & McCoy Group, as Vice President of Corporate Development in 2013, and later served as President of HMI Communications. Prior to joining Henkels & McCoy, he held executive positions at several global and national firms, and practiced as an attorney in environmental law. Mr. Battafarano holds a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, and attended the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Executive Program on Mergers & Acquisitions.
